Fees

Kirk Integrative Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service practice. We do not submit anything to your insurance company. The reason for this decision is that most insurance companies like to dictate the type of treatment and the frequency of treatment, and we feel that you are an individual and you deserve to be treated like one. You deserve the treatment that your body needs, not the treatment that your insurance company will pay for. Insurance companies also require a ton of paperwork, and we would rather spend that time treating you, studying anatomy, attending classes, and truly honing our skill set so you can get better faster. Our focus is on you and nothing else.

Non-Medicare

If you have insurance that is not Medicare and you want to submit your sessions for out of network benefits, we will provide you with a superbill that has all the information that you would need to submit for reimbursement.  Your insurance company should then reimburse you directly.

Medicare

If you have Medicare as a primary or secondary insurance, there are some restrictions for working with us. We have chosen not to have a contract with Medicare and thus we are not Participating Medicare Providers. If you do want to receive our services, then you would need to choose of your own free will not to use Medicare for payment and this request would need to happen before any treatment was given. If you want to use your Medicare benefits, we cannot treat you, but we can refer you to a skilled practitioner who is a Medicare provider.
